Well let's go for that then, like I think you suggested a while back, pending anything we might negotiate in the fullness of time; its queuing issue doesn't seem to be worse than under any other likely option (and I quite liked, but know nothing about, the French traffic light thingy for traffic inbound to them in the HMG pdf I posted a link to).
Frankly I'm really bored now, concerned about institutional collateral damage (cf. Mark 13:2) and would like to get on with having my working hours slashed without loss of pay or increase in prices. Oodles of milk and honey would be nice too.

So, enough of this Black Knight stuff - let's have Brexit on Halloween, GE directly after and a smidge of Gunpowder Plot for a salutary good measure?
Hear, hear.
And I suppose it ought to be 'now, now' to the HoC. But here's hoping it won't be 'there, there' at the end of it all.

Oh dear, Kimmie. I do hope you're not encouraging this fine upstanding government to commit an unlawful act.

Civil Contingencies Act appears to be the next stop (no chance!). Someone this bad can only self destruct, surely.

Yes, Neil. The Civil Contingencies Act does appear to be the latest possible weapon in the knuckledraggers' armoury. I agree though. It has no real chance. Neither Grieve nor Gawke is stupid. I would put my money on their legal prowess over Cummings team.
Talking of which, the strategy now appears to be the last resort of whipping up as much public fury as they can over the so-called will of the people being thwarted. I wonder when the public at large will start understanding the wisdom of the old adage "follow the money".
