They won't ever go away until they have irreparably damaged both our country's standing and economy and the party they purport to represent.
I would actually have preferred to have used a couple of the swear words I use in private but thought I better not.
I think they have already "irreparably damaged" our country in the eyes of the world.

I will refuse to vote for anyone in the European Election (should they be forced on us) unless they promise to disrupt and annoy the EU lot as much as possible.

That's just puerile and childish, neither the European Parliament, nor The European Union Commission nor the Council of Ministers is responsible for the UK failing to complete Brexit in line with the (now 3 years old) expressed wishes of the voting public. This is why many in Europe scratch their heads over (or even laugh at) our behaviour, they wanted us to lead an alternative to the Franco-German federalisation/centralisation of the EU and our response is to toss our toys out the pram and walk away while threatening to take our football home so they cant carry on playing...
If we do not wish to participate in the EU, as many of our electorate seem to want, then our MEPs should either abstain on everything or refuse to attend.
If you want to disrupt those responsible for the shambles that is the UK's progress on Brexit then refuse to participate in the next general election, or refuse to vote for MPs who failed to deliver, or even go and protest outside parliament.

Ross, a shame you chose to take my comment seriously considering I used the smile emoji, maybe it is puerile and childish
but it is how I feel about the whole long running saga,

Emojis can be as open to misinterpretation as plain, unadorned text. Does a smile emoji mean (a) I am happy to say this, or (b) I am joking when I say this? Either way, I'll be quite happy to cast my vote rather than stamp my feet. The former would seem more positive than the latter to me.

I'm with Ray on this one as I am totally confused with those funny faces and as for lol!!
I'm quite comfortable interpreting posts based on the long term character of the poster and I suspect most members are clued up as to when I am being serious or ironic.

Tories are dead. They will never govern this country again and will be charged with treason when we take back control of our country. Deport the lot of them.

I have been hearing for years about the demise of the Tories or Labour, nowadays it applies to both according to social media. In reality they will still be taking turns in Government for the foreseeable future with a sensible third party helping to form a coalition every now and then. One trick ponies will be successful in their own way like in the forthcoming European elections and in parts of the UK but the sensible British public will always turn to a known quantity.

I saw the A2 queue, guvnor. I was referring to the 'bow doors' quote, which I felt was less than sensitive.
