Strangely not quite true either, they aren't actually members of the EU, they are of the single market though and will be taken out of that, i have looked into a bit more and it gets very confusing!

Indeed, members of the Single Market or, off the top of my head, having an FTA with it in the case of Man. My point is, even though all islanders voting for the status quo would not have changed the outcome, nonetheless they were disenfranchised over their future.

The SNP getting ever more spiteful, not sure how they will continue to fund free tuition for EU students with their debt growing all the time and the oil running out.

Quite agree Howard, and if they do hold a second referendum I personally hope they bugger off!
I'm getting sick and tired of their constant whinging, they are never satisfied and never will be.
Reminds me somewhat of a footballer with an over inflated ego, one that thinks he's better than his teammates, wants away unless a big fat contract is offered and just disrupts both the club and the dressing room. Best to get rid!
Perhaps not the best analogy but no doubt you get the idea. I've had some great friends from Scotland in the past, lovely people, but enough is enough in my opinion.
Good riddance to the SNP in parliament as well, another positive if they creep back over Hadrians wall!

I try not to judge but I find it difficult to take seriously any males I know who always change into a skirt when they get home.

I don't think they have worked out how much Norway has to pay to get access to the single market.

The bottom line is that as much as the Crankie look-a-like would like to think otherwise, Scotland is NOT an independent country recognised by the United Nations, the greater part of its trade is with the rest of the United Kingdom, and the EU views her exactly as what she is, a rather mouthy jumped leader of the equivalent of a large county council.

When we said ‘once in a lifetime’ we meant ‘a Glasgow lifetime’, clarifies SNP
Scottish referendum
With the teenage pregnancy rate and average life expectancy in Glasgow, five years is ‘about right’, the SNP has confirmed.
Responding to criticisms that they had reneged upon their pledge the independence referendum was a ‘once in a lifetime’ event, Nicola Sturgeon told reporters that for a lot of her constituents that was entirely true.
“With NHS Scotland in the state it is under our leadership, five years could well be a lifetime for a lot of people in Scotland,” she said.
“And thanks to our ongoing education reforms, many Scots cannot count to five anymore anyway so we can just say it’s been a long time and hope for the best.”
Voter Simon McWilliams told us that he ‘cried with delight’ when he heard the news of another referendum.
“I was twenty-two when we last voted, and I never thought I’d live to see another. Or 2018, anyway,” he told us.
“Since the last vote, I’ve had four kids and lost a lung, and thought my life was pretty much complete.
“Anyway, once again I will get to pour vitriolic abuse on my family, neighbours and random strangers online who disagree with me.”

The present First Minister is still dragging her country down, but is she any worse than her predecessor?

The SNP have overplayed their hand & public opinion will turn further against them the more they carp on & then backtrack. They've blown it.
If we are to have another referendum this time it should be all of the UK voting not just the setup malcontents. If ALL the UK vote I'll guarantee the Scot will win . We'll be shot of them & get our money back. The EU is welcome to them & they can queue behind Greece for the handouts.
