couldn't help but notice that in future more events for kent's youth will be street-based, i thought that was what youth services were supposed to stop.

Street baqsed is fine in the summer, not so great on a night like tonight. How can we expect our young people to feel valued when we take away everthing they hold dear? In this current wave of child abuse allegations should we not be ensuring that are children are being given safe environments with qualified staff to monitor and mentor them? This is shortsighted, never mind I'm sure Ann Barnes will have enough money in her budget to pick up the pieces!
