08:1790714When I was the Dover Chamber of Commerce's Business Support Manager, I wrote to the agents of that building asking them to do it up as it was a disgrace in the heart of Dover - needless to say it was ignored and I was disposed of.
The new person there could walk round as I did and create the photographic evidence of all the buildings in central Dover that need repair work and smartening up and then contact the owners/agents.
