A pure guess as it seems to say something about gates, the gates where the information bureau is/was.

LOL Howard , It wasnt very clear was it . I was naming the building but I am pretty sure that the plaque is either on that building or on the wall by the School wall that runs along the Folkestone road , I know I have seen it a lot and justc ant remember where
