I'v just seen the Pathe link to the Carnival held in Dover in the past, Wow! I couldn't believe the amount of floats and the crowds were fantastic, they certainly knew how to party back then. I wonder if any of our forumites either spotted themselves or friends and families on the film

In 4615 behind the hoardings was Kings Gardens, and underneath the shop that is boarded up was the vaults of the Beaconsfield Road Church
