Put Keith down as a no, Paul. Keith that fence must be incredibly painful to keep sitting on!

Interesting but an overall low result (perhaps there is a lot of apathy)
Yes - 19
No - 4 (as I will add Lorraine and Lara)
Only 17% say absolutely no, 83% would consider allowing some development. I am actually quite surprised as I woud have expects more nos !

As the question is to 'consider' development it is a very good result (so far), it shows a willingness to consider beneficial change by the majority.
Politics, it seems to me, for years, or all too long, has been concerned with right or left instead of right or wrong.

I am reading that those who are saying yes do so with conditions.

Of course Lara and so do I - no conditions would a disaster. I am after finding out who is an asbsolute no (and happy for it to continue to deteriorate) and those that say yes to considering allowing some element of development if it is done 'right'.
Interesting points on the below thread that it would be good to know your views.

Thanks Paul and as you know I have left many views, though sad that you think that an outright no would lead to a deterioration. like you awaiting the final plans and decisions, however, also feel that there is much education to be done to allow any formative views on the heights, seems that even a large majority of the residents in Dover are unaware of what the Western Heights are, my views are outlined in my posts on the other thread. Happy to meet in person for any discussion.
