  It is very difficult to gauge the true opinion of this as it is lost in the long thread so please can we have a simple YES/NO to the question:
  
  Would you be willing to consider some element of developments on the Western Heights to help fund and safeguard the heritage for the future (be it limited housing, hotel, memorial, etc as they would all compromise the 'scheduled status' to some extent as they would all need infrastructure works to be successful) ??
  
  A simple Yes or No with no discussion - hopefully Paul will be ok with the one-worder ?
