have sighted a document this evening that shows there will be no water feature and the doomed fountain will re-emerge in the spring.

The New Year is only 8 weeks away Paul, but as Howard has said Spring is a little further.
I hope you are right Howard - I haven't heard anything.
Was that a DTC paper ?

I know the fountain is DDC's, but when you said you had seen a paper, Howard, I would be surprised to know that DDC were sending you papers on the fountain's future.
