Who knows Vic?
UKIP or somebody else the electorate is tired of the same old rhetoric, I'd love to see smaller parties challenging.
Get out of your bunker and do your bit

Not a great deal to report Howard.
40 odd people there, mainly UKIP voters and councillors, plenty of interested onlookers such as myself and Neil Wiggins. Farage met and greeted, spoke very well for 15 minutes, met the press, had lunch with the hierarchy, went to the Coastguard Station and the Kings Head in Deal.
I have to say wherever he goes he is warmly welcomed. Reg etc are clearly very worried that their cosy little cartel is under threat.
Bring it on I say

He may indeed have "spoke very well", but did he say anything?

I suppose what you meant was
"Did he say anything of interest"?
I can assure you the small audience was very interested. Would he have said anything that you agree with Tom, I very much doubt it. I find Cameron interesting, I don't agree with virtually anything he says. I find Milliband disinteresting and vacuous.

My agreeing is not a prerequisite. I had hoped that there might have been something of 'moment', something positive, that he may have expressed his intention of promoting in the coming months.
Perhaps we all have to wait until Thursday to get a quote or two.

Just got back in went and got some more pots to put round my bunker, anyway I see Mr Little that you have not said anything about coming round,so for the last time I have the means to help the party in a small way but it does mean some one coming out to my bunker for a talk on a one to one etc. But as I said this is the last time I will talk about it it must be boring for others to read +I get bord keep asking so over to UKIP or not. But the person or persons must come from the Dover setup only.

Something positive?
What do you mean Tom:
This is a nice hotel
I like Dover
The weather is good.
Nobody from UKIP will ever say anything positive in your eyes Tom, you are diametrically opposed. Unfortunately for you he didn't say anything remotely racist, sexist or offensive.
Vic, I'd love to meet up in good time.

the point i was trying to get across was that besides ukip members business people were the only others invited.
my question is what did nigel farage put across to show how any future government led by ukip would be of benefit to the business comunity.

Howard, I 'm afraid I can't answer as to who was invited and why, I was invited myself so attended.
He didn't mention business specifically other than red tape from EU suffocates industry. He was preaching to the converted in the main.
Why don't you contact Peter Ripley and get yourself along to a UKIP meeting? I think you'd be surprised at the make up of the attendees

A member of the UKIP has now seen my membership card and agrees that I am a member till Feb 2014.

And that I hold and named on the bank account.

I think when Peter tool over the branch in a democratic election the books (old)would have been discarded
or maybe should have been returned to the branch.
Just peter to convince of your membership now then

Mr Bibby sir. I have said it many times till I am red in the face the branch needs to come and see me .I cannot say anymore on a public forum +it would be boring to any outsiders.I will not keep this offer open much longer.I am still a member of the Dover Branch thats the way it is like it or not.

clearly peter R and Keith B feel you are not a member
and since they have taken over the branch surely you should return there UKIP money to them and the books

Quite simple really peter r is the new chair books and monies should be returned to him
or a UKIP branch member
I would hate non members to be holding my monies if I were a ukip member,
But even without this, the branch is reformed recognised by the head office, elected its new officials
time to return the books/money
