Only those appropriate houses will have wheelie bins; terraced housing won't get them I understand because it is inappropriate.

Roger, what do you mean by terraced housing. A lot of roads have terraced houses including Salisbury Road but I can see no problem with us having wheelie bins. I am sure it was said previously that only those with no front garden were unsuitable for the bins.

Depends on the access not whether it's a terraced house or whatever with storage. Mine is a semi but has got 10 steps up to the road, some opposite are detached but have got 30 steps down to the road, totally impractical for a wheelie bin.
(I just took pics but can't upload at present

Places like the Clarendons would not have wheelie bins (but I don't make that decision), but common-sense says they won't.

i would have liked one, don't mind losing a bit of front garden.
glad in one way that the clarendons are not getting them, they would be left on the pavement making things worse than they already are.
on the other hand we will still have rubbish flying around from badly sealed and cheap black bags.

So now we know where to go for all our fake Slipknot t-shirts. At last.
