Immigrant woman, not seen her before, who came into the shop today with SEVEN young children, between 5 and 9 in tow and then ignored them for 15 minutes letting them run riot. I ended up having to tell one 9yr old boy old to go outside. Heavens only knows what they managed to permanently 'borrow' I hadn't enough eyes to watch them all. I will also add she had at least £200 in £20 notes because I counted them while she paid for her bits.
OOOOOOOOOO that rant has made me feel better.

19:0080718When I used to manage a charity shop (many many many many years ago!!!!) we regularly got dodgy families in with a zillion kids, each of whom had a greasy/sticky/dirty piece of food with which to distract the shop workers while they nicked anything moveable. Soon sorted them out.

very obvious, if they were from one family it would mean that the mother dropped one every 6 months.
