  the interesting thing in my opinion is that after may the 5th paul and gordon have to get their heads together to work on the d.t.i.z. issue.

  Toilets are open Eastern Docks end .The clock tower ones need refurbishment .

  So... the Clock Tower conveniences need refurbishment. They are stated to be open from April and have been closed since last year so why was this not carried out?
