- 11 December 2012 20:58205456The penny dropped a while ago with UKBA that people were buying 2 tickets, one Brussels/Lille, the other Brussels/London. With the Lille ticket, illegals with no passport or with only a Schengen visa could board the train and the second ticket enabled them to stay on until Waterloo. Or St Pancras even.
