Charlie is actually as eurosceptic as I am.
I'm an optimist. But I'm an optimist who takes my raincoat - Harold Wilson

I do not think so ,not by the way he is voting in the house now and in the pass,or should I say not voting.
Eurosceptic== A person,a politician who is sceptical about the desirability of devolving powers from national governments to the European Union, the way I see it our MP is all for staying in,and that can be seen by the way he is voting.
I have in front of me all the voting he has and has not done from 29.1.08.

He voted on the 14.7.10. and he voted for European External Action Service.
He did not vote on anything before that

"I have in front of me all the voting he has and has not done from 29.1.08" - he couldn't have not voted in 2008 as he only arrived there in May 2010.

i always have a quiet chortle when a blue politician claims to be eurosceptic in order to curry favour with the voters.
there is as much chance of charlie making an issue of a referendum as ken clarke.
even dave pretended to be one to further his leadership aspirations.

I also was standing at the last Gen/Election,but I am not one for keeping dates in my head, and Mr Newsam you could be right ,and as I said he first post a yes vote in July 2010.On this long list i am looking does say "Before that date he did not vote on the EU.so the wording on this list is not right, they should not have gone back that far.
On the heading of the list is Charlie Elphicke MP .
Your Member of Parliament (Conservative),representing the constituency of Dover. With a majority at the last Election 5,274.
Then it goes on "How Charlie Elphicke votes.
I downloaded it from my PC, You can do the same.
