So the blessed 'Cruddas' tribe of non-doms is to increase. We are, not half, in this together.
Barry, though, is correct. Britain under the Conservatives is a win-win situation. What you win you keep, what you lose the teachers pension contributions will make good.

The idea of a tax haven UK in order to attract finances from abroad is just proof of a lack of strategy to put Britain's economic functions back on track.
Instead of honest work in order to improve our economy, and a strategy to help the unemployed find work, at least part-time, we would have wealthy people from other countries taking their money out and putting it in British banks.
This idea is the last way of saying: "I haven't got a clue how to sort the mess out, the Government have no idea how to get Britain's economy back on track, so let's cut out tax and let the world's wealthy sent their money over here".
Or does this idea suggest that foreign companies come over in mass too with their money?
Practically, whole countries could go absolutely bankrupt, their tax and financial sources drained away to one, or a few, tax havens.
Let's hope this idea has been rooted out before it even gets any further comment on the national media.
And let's admit it, with such talk coming from a minister, the Government should be rightly ashamed.
