Also the ones in Deal have been done up ,all looking better ,now it is the litter that has to be removed on the hedges and byways , why they do not do it at the same when they cut back hedges etc I will never know.It would be so easy that way with the road closure in place.

Though the ones in Victoria Park permanently closed due to almost daily vandalism.

Yes Vic,
Deal Town Council down to two sets of toilets now , King Street and South Street, both of which are cleaned under contract by DDC.
In passing DTC's only other responsibilities are for the Saturday Market, the flower baskets/containers in town and the allotments.
How they manage to do that with a staff of only two full time employees and nine part-time, Heaven only knows! (Total wages c.£22,000 per month!)
I suppose someone has to be responsible for the container full of electric bicycles which they bought when that was a 'thing' which are all deteriorating in a shipping container by Tides plus keeping our Fair Trade status and becoming a City of (Refugee) Sanctuary member and polishing the leased mayoral car (Shogun @ £355.44 per month) etc etc.
