They have been planting along the seafront too ( well done the green fingered guys at DDC )...not quite reached its peak yet. But here's one to be going on with from the seafront gardens. Saw a sudden blaze of colour that wasn't there before so took a picture. The bleached weather racked bench has a lot of character. It has seen some rough weather in its day..

The ice cream vendors did more than alright yesterday. It was blisteringly hot, so to use that old time slogan
" u scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream"...yes that was the order of the day.
The seafront flag flying gently in the soft summer breeze...looked down upon from on high!
Letting it all hang out in the hot hot weather..and shure why not
