  I like geraniums and also pelargoniums they always give a good splash of colour in any rather dismal area.

  Nice photos Bob, can't have a pond in my garden - the cat would see it as a running buffet.

  Some cracking photos above there guys. Very colourful. That pond looks a bit special...hopefully no sharks in there !
  
  I just have one to add to the mix, taken today at the Herald of Free Enterprise memorial garden on the seafront. The white roses spurted on so fast this year..I guess it was the mild spring. One minute nothing then whoosh...they are already past their best for the moment. Im not a gardener so dont know but maybe they will reflower.??

  And summer also brings.......having to take 2 different antihistamines plus a steroid nasal spray to counter the dreaded hay fever.

  Antihistamines at the ready Peter as here we are with a few more..
  As you can see these are pix of the wild natural seafront beach gardens, taken at the weekend. The whole place was looking good in the sunshine, lots of people enjoying it all strolling about etc....

  These are the wild flowers on the face of the cliff just across the main road here. Picture taken moments ago in the evening sun. A terrific display of colour all down to mother nature...with no fertilizer or any of that malarkey needed. Despite concerns about too much rain this past winter from farmers, it appears now that said farmers are enjoying bumper crops...so there we are. The wild flowers certainly did alright.

  That's good to see above Howard...lots of excellent planting going on all around us at the moment too. So, even better days ahead.
  
  Have another picture but not anything horticultural this time .. I guess most of us will have seen the dramatic sky last night. It was both menacing and fabulous at the same time. Pictures couldn't do it justice but had a go..

  Just the weather us older ones need .
  I have cut back on my posting at this time because we are getting out more and siting in the garden we was going to down to Worcester for a few days but my wife is going in for a keyhole operation any day now so that is on hold.

  Honey produced in your own locality is supposed to help stop hay fever but you have to take it for a few months, one spoonful a day.
