Dover forum still appears to get posters posting 24 hours a day on many varied subjects which is great, lots of open debate, and even constructive comments, and direct comments by some.
All to make for a nice family forum,
but why do you ask i raise this?????
well it appears some posters (ross, peter g, jan) dont quite hold the same opinion, and peter g even feels hes the only one that adds sensible comments.
of course we all have a right to our opinions I suppose.

Funny realy, If I disliked a forum as much as the poster indicates he does (post 4) then why continue to post?

Keith, it is called freedom......something a few wars have been fought over...... as to how and where we post that is something you obviously do not approve of. It so happens I post on five other forums apart from this one, I had not realised I needed your permission to do so.
I suppose you are still niggled I made that comment about all your inane one line postings which I have copied below for all to see. Part of the trouble is and I use your favourite expression, "we are all entitled to an opinion" sadly with you it seems to be........ I will keep repeating myself time and time again until my opponent gives up.

I do not dislike this forum as you put it, if I did I would not bother visiting here several times a day but some people on it certainly irritate at times just the same as I must irritate some, it is what I call life.

it is considered the height of bad manners to pick up on another's spelling and grammar, furthermore we do not test potential members on it.

I merely posted on the Dover forum.
You are correct you irratate at times, but like i continue to say, the forum is made up of lots of differing viewpoints

You have clearly popped across the internet and found something that piques you but why the choice of title? What point are you trying to make?
Why did you feel it necessary to name names? Not that I actually care, but it intrigues me why a "nice" person on a "nice family forum" would act in a fashion that comes across as very childish.
Surely debate is where there are at least two opposing views and a discussion ensues with each party expounding and explaining their view to try to win the other side over?

Oh, this is fun. Howard, I for one do not criticise others' mangling of the English language, but I do try to write correctly, to the best of my ability.
Keith has obviously been surfing on NTDF, on which I referred to Groundhog Day. Bet you wish you knew who all the other posts come from, Keith. You can accuse me of many things, but hiding behind a cloak of anonymity is not one of them.

you have continually harped on with snide comments about the running of this forum and the members on it despite running into the ground an established forum which you were entrusted stewardship of.
none of us are dragged screaming into posting here, the fact is that any one of us can leave whenever the mood takes us and the forum will survive, the original set up by paul b ensures this.
correct peter about anonymity, makes me smile knowing who they are though - so obvious to most.
