Pessimist Alan?
I expect I will watch it on TV, I like all the pomp that we do so well as a nation.

I will certainly be avoiding London. I dont like the place anyway but on THAT day, with all those crowds it will be my idea of hell on earth.
Personally I think it will be a day to chill out. I have a case of Crabbies alholic ginger beer on order (same strength as an average pint of real ale) - ideal on a warm day poured over ice.... If you have not tried it, do.... Feet up, in front of TV.
As for what I will be watching, I really have no idea. i would prefer to just catch the highlights of the wedding on the news but a certain other person might have a different idea..... but then maybe Blakes will becon!

Not the Crabbies Howard - over ice and with a kick, really refreshing on a summer day.

I won't be going into London or glued to the TV all day either. I'm hoping to be away for a long weekend and will just watch the highlights later to see 'the dress'.

i am going to be watching it.. what a surprise eh?!
I know a lot of my designers are planning to as well, as they are all standby to make a replica.
One of the reps was surprised that I said I didnt want one...
I am shut the day after as I am going to be getting ready for the biggest Kent wedding fayre, on the Sunday. I have already chosen which dresses are coming with me and if it doesnt resemble the royal wedding dress fine, if its does it pure luck!

Let's turn this into a girlie thread.
What do you think the dress will be like? I think it will be fairly simple, relying on the cut and fall of ivory satin or similar material, straight at the front with a smallish train at the back.

Barry, try the Crabbies with a slice of lemon or lime, makes it even more refreshing.

What about the trousers? I'm guessing they will have two legs and a zip. Might have buttons.
I will be coming home that day so shall miss it all .
