I have today received a comprehensive answer from the Cabinet member at KCC.Its the same old story all todo with the regeneration of Dover. The plans for Market Square etc.Bringing services into the centre of the town provided by KCC .
Meanwhile our younger people are losing out unless they want to skip through water fountains in Market Square..
