Man killed at electricity station in suspected burglary
A man has been electrocuted during a suspected burglary at an electricity substation in Suffolk.
The 30-year-old was found dead at the substation in Ransomes Way, Ipswich, by paramedics on Wednesday night.
Police said doors at the back of the building had been forced and some metal cutting tools were found.
A second man flagged down the ambulance as it arrived at the scene but disappeared shortly afterwards, police said.

There is an agreement already in place which allows for foreign nationals to be repatriated however unless there is definite proof of their nationality and identity some other countries refuse to accept them back.Also some countries have different sentencing especially regarding drugs so an 8 year sentence over here may only have attracted a 12 month sentence in Holland.Marek

Plus one remembers the sinking of the Greenpeace ship Rainbow Warrior in New Zealand (a civilised country) by agents of the French Security Services (another civilised country) who were re-repatriated to complete their sentence and almost immediately released.......
- 16 April 2010 06:4147562I do think that people from overseas should serve their prison sentence back home, where ever that is.
When foreigners come here, it must be made clear to them that their country of origin must be known to us or they can't stay; it must also be made clear to them that if they commit a crimiinal offence, then they will be sent back.
We were burgled back in January, hell of a mess and the stress on Jean was enormous; the burglar was caught and it turned out he came from Albania - he lived just round the corner from us.
A suspended sentence and a few hours community service - a big deterrent I'm sure (not).
He should have known that if he did it (or any crime) and was caught, he would be sent back to Albania.
If they won't tell us their home country, they don't stay and if they don't sign the form to say they agree (that they'll be sent back), they don't stay.
Simples !

- 16 April 2010 11:0647579Marek: I was thinking about some of the Brits who have been banged up abroad (usually for drug smuggling) in horrendous conditions. I know they committed the crime and must do their time but from what I have read it is quite difficult to get them back to Britain.
