It has been suggested that local people email the Chief Constable about future demonstrations, I think it is doubtful this idea will work but maybe worth giving it a go.
This one of the posts from another site........
"For all those fed up with the disruption these protests cause in the town, someone was having a chat with a policeman yesterday, and he advised as many residents to email and complain to the chief constable about them, and he would then have no choice but to look into the matter and possibly stop them,,,,his email address is

Dear Chief Constable
I wish to complain, and state that as a resident of the town of Dover, we are extremely fed-up with these protests on our doorstep,
They are ruining our towns’ image, affecting local businesses, and causing great distress to many of the locals.
The next time such permission is requested by these groups, would you please refuse the applications. On the grounds the people of Dover no longer wish to have there lives, and business disrupted, on Protests that quite frankly, have absolutely nothing to do with the town of Dover,
And also waste valuable police resources, to control nothing but a bunch of thugs out to intimidate and cause as much hassle as is possible."......
