The mystery deepens: Having praised the Councillor for River for her actions, I've just spoken to the Letting Agent concerned with that property and it would appear that it was their handyman, not the council, that cleared up the mess...

Its interesting though, I've met dozens of local councillors in the last few years and I'm puzzled. Were they lobotomised as soon as they were elected or is it a prerequisite to standing?
I'll exclude a few who work hard with no agenda, 99% are completely vacuous
