We have just come back from having breakfast at the Dover Marina,very nice it was to,siting out on front. you could have as much as you could eat and drink,good staff ,we will be going back.

Yup, I'll give it 5 (to quote a well known phrase from yesteryear). Had Sunday lunch up there, superb as usual as was Penny. Their beef is as excellent as Peter's steak!
Forgot to ask what happened to the plane! If the Dover Pageant was still going Mike would have had it.

I asked that question Terry and they still have it safe, but if there is an appropriate museum or organisation, they would be happy to donate it.

hope it can be kept locally but both hawkinge and capel are all about the battle of britain, cannot think of another place it could go to.
maybe english heritage could display it at the castle for the rare times that they will be open in the future?

Do you mean the short Lady ? Her name is Pat. I knew her from when I worked there years ago, a great person and very conscientious.

Well Roger, she wears a badge that says RAMADA and PENNY so assume that's her name, Penny that is, not the other one!
