They ended up sending me 8 separate invoices, for me to add up myself and relied on me sending a cheque for the right amount.
So I charged them for my services based on their criteria as best I could evaluate.
Basically I halved the bill and told them I was being generous and they should contact the appropriate ombudsman if they had a complaint to make.
