Many people no longer report minor crimes as they know the police will not do anything, plenty get talked about on FB.
What is unimportant to one person can be devastating to another. I read the following yesterday which was reported to the police, obviously a waste of time I have just read these scumbags were in the same area today....
"Mother in law had 2 blokes knock on her door and she agreed to these two blokes to cut her hedge in her front garden for £75! Well when they had finished they knocked on the door and said it’s now £95! My mother in law paid £95! and they said there be back at 12 tomorrow for another £50 she owes them for tidying up!! Anyone else had these cowboys knock at there doors!"-----------------------------------------------------------------------
