Parish Emergency Centres
- 12 February 2014 07:59260710We were given a talk last night by the power companys for Dover and the east kent part of that was about the flooding and what they have plan in this emergency and how many Generators they have on stand by in their yard at the medway towns,all good news must say,and the gen/ are all sizes and they have 100s of them ready to move out with the lorrys to bring them.

- 12 February 2014 10:31260722That was already done when I was there why you have put no funding needed I do not know,the council need to do alot more than that , they were told then ,but that is down to them they have now been told of the risks if they do nothing and it all goes wrong the butt stops with them.I have no more to add to what I have already wrote.

I started this off because I could see aneed to all parishs councils to look at their own E/plans I can see by what I have been told that they are doing that and some are even taking on what I said,to me thats good and end of the matter.
