It’s quite refreshing to hear the soapboxes creaking as IT ‘expert’ information is imparted. Takes me back to the days when I was involved in training users of a new PCT in my company’s National roll out.
Some of the users used to think that they could beat the system and provided us with good experience in detecting their fraudulent actions!
A simplistic approach to training newbies was useful as many saw computers as an alien world back then!
