ONS figures out!
A record 110,051 people claimed asylum in the year to September.
The number of asylum seekers being housed in hotels is up since Labour came to power.
Net migration between June 2024 and June 2025 has just been estimated at 204,000. That's the equivalent of a city the size of York!
According to the latest @ONS figures, 693k people left the UK in the year to June. That is the single biggest outflow of people from this country in more than a century.
99% of those emigrating from the UK are UNDER THIRTY FIVE YEARS OLD. (I too found this figure unbelievable - hear it is)
