Thanks for all the comments guys greatly appreciated. She is in hospital these days Jeane at the William Harvey Hospital in ASHFORD. Has been in there more than a week. She didnt want to go to hospital but they insisted in the end and took her off at gunpoint in an ambulance, its the best place though as they have made some progress.

I'm sorry to hear that PaulB. I know how she feels, until my recent hospital stay I always said I don't go to hospitals. I was born in one - end of! But joking aside I quickly realised it was the best place for me. I'm sure Colette will come round to that way of thinking too and I wish her all the best.

Please pass on our best wishes to Colette, we are all deeply concerned about her at CMS.
We hope that she is able to come home in time for Christmas.

Strewth and bejayses!! Ive won something. As you are the bearer of good news Phil I will have to give you a big hug next time I see you. If the messenger brings bad news the policy is to shoot him. If he brings good news an embrace..a manly embrace of course.. is the order of the day!
I even had a call from Guzzler telling me the same. The wires have been hot with the information.
Ive never ever won anything but to do it three times must be a miracle...the miracle of 42nd street or whatever yer call it!?
After the light switch on, when I was out there in the freezing conditions unloved and unwashed, threading heroicly through the masses as I tried to bring some pictures to the frontpage...and mercifully in the end got some good ones. Well after all that I popped in there to Blakes to unfreeze my numbing assets with some hot mulled wine and a mince pie. After a glass or two or three in fact, the iron band around my wallet loosened and I ventured some capital onto buying a few tickets...and here is the result.
Can you adam and eve it!!

I can confirm the fact that PaulB always buys endless reams of tickets supporting a varied array of causes, and he has never pulled a winning ticket!
Well Done PaulB, (at least I know what I'm getting for Christmas lol!

Really hope Colette recovers soon - will she be home for Christmas ?
Give her our love and kisses.
Sounds like a good party at Blakes - sorry I couldn't get there Peter, I was working; novel experience for me, at least since March that is.
The weather was too cold last night for Jean as she had her operation only on Tuesday and has to keep warm.
