The buyer hoping to benefit from the DTIZ plans approval maybe.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

Maybe Jan; I don't know who the buyer was, but with a guide price of £100,000 to £110,000, it was a lot of land and buildings (in very poor condition) for the money and one of the main access points for DTIZ.
I doubt it was bought by a philanthropist, so it probably was someone hoping to benefit by DTIZ.

The front is beautiful, when I looked on the auction web-site for the inside, it wasn't so beautiful - not a total wreck like the inside of snoops though.
It'll be interesting to see if it can be acquired for DTIZ, we don't want it left derelict like it was before it was sold.

That's right Paul - the car was a VW Polo. I thought the kebab shop still operates - Kings Kebabs ?
I think the article was by Terry Sutton.

indeed it has, could be good news if they do renovate it back to how it was as much as possible.
