cannot blame that social grouping keith they go no further than their front doors to deposit their waste.
this location is favoured by "doggers" apparently but no empty tins of pedigree chum were evident.

The A.H.s who fly-tip like this don't take into account the location or view when they're dumping it, they just want to unload their vans. Fines for it must be much higher.

If they can drive that far why not to the tip surely any cost incurred there can not be so large that it is worth the risk of a fine or having their vehicle confiscated.
