Thanks I have already joined. As for GP's you are right for years I have had problems but upon seeing the GP the format was Do u smoke...never smoked Do u take illegal substances.....no too scared I,ll like them...laugh nervously
Do u drink...yes how much?... frantically lie and half my intake still only to be informed thats more than 21 units and far too much
.Then informed it's my liver and the usual lecture. It wasn.t until Jersey when the GP suggested I had a form of cancer that the local hospital decided to dig deeper...and the rest as they say is history but not before a tremendous amount of internal damage had been done.
Anyway I still maintain my sense of humour
one of the greatest attributes in fighting any illness. OK sorry for boring you all....going to make a cuppa then off to the docs for more tests.
