I've put this on another thread that what would be the point of putting a leaflet through Keith's letter-box, we're not going to change him to a Blue are we ?
Same with canvassing, no point in wasting time knocking on his door; I've had no red knock on my door, nor any red leaflets, they know where I live, why would they bother, it'd go straight in the bin.
I can't explain Howard why you haven't had any leaflets - maybe the reds have taken our's out of your letter-box (no I'm not accusing them - I did say, maybe) if they haven't been pushed through - they may not want our message getting to you.
When talking to people and they do have a concern, I have taken it up and run with it to help them, even if they are not going to vote for me - that's what I do.

My understanding Keith is that they have both been leafleted and canvassed.
Paul is not writing off M.E & P at all - we 3 candidates are not either.

In River with Alkham everyone has a leaflet our helpers are told to put them through all doors .I canvass known Labour supporters only miss out opposition candidates .If there are knowm local government officers they are not canvassed
It takes time to canvass so before anyone in River with Alkham says Ive not been canvassesd there are a couple of weeks to go yet ..
I can hardly believe there is a group of people demanding to be canvassed, leafleted and politically persuaded..........

We are canvassing and dropping leaflets into all of Tower Hamlets ward even if they are known Tories,we are 2/3 rd of the way through and we are ready to drop our election addresses into doors, this will be done by the candidates and lots of helpers.
Still do to is the Salisbury Road/Park Road areas and London Road High Street then we can say we have banged on every door.

If you knew what I know,we would both be in trouble!
Mr proser was out canvassing yesterday with jim hood on aycliffe estate did not call to me Glad.
Post 25, do they get leaflets in the suburbs.

Alan, presumably you mean rural areas, to us folks in sheepland Elms Vale is suburbs! The answer is yes, there's even a farm on the outskirts of Hawkinge that comes under River ward who gets a leaflet.
There's another tactic for delivering leaflets which is to target only the roads where opposition candidates live just to wind them up, not that I'm saying I've ever done that in case Keith is reading

This bloke got missed out of the Dover Express article highlighting the independents standing for DDC. I think we might have someone to make up for not having Vic standing for DDC in our ward this time
