  would you believe it, this is the same spot as in the initial post, pristine clean.

  I wonder, Howard. Whether you put the wind up the powers-that-be or if the wind has just picked-up all by itself?
  I felt sure that had there been a bin;empty or otherwise, you would have said so.

  that did cross my mind tom, a while back i photographed some dumped furniture on a saturday and posted it here, by sunday morning it had gone.
  
  another time i mentioned that parking wardens were never seen around here, lo and behold a van appears.

  i seem to remember one being there a few years back, not a council type one though.
  
  never seemed to get emptied.
