  I sort of agree Howard, but in an ideal; world, Nick Clegg should go to prison for signing that pledge to not put up University fees, and then reneging on his signature.
  Its a pity we don't live in an ideal world, but the thought of it makes me smile, he could share a cell with mandelson....

  probably just a clerical error daz similar to the one where they slashed the winter fuel allowance in their first budget despite honest dave saying the opposite in the weeks before the last general election.
