What people will remember is that life has become so much more difficult for so many at the lower end of the pecking order and it is getting worse, 2 years in and it is a shambles.

In the Dover rag ,It states the new labour carefully chosen lady was a councillor in tower hamlets London, obviously grown tentacles outside of Dover'
Warning warning warning .
I would say right in there with the Westminster liberal ethnic lobbyists
She may have come from Dover but she probably has very little sympathy with the indigenes working class man in the street, that's suffered big wage reductions because of new labours open door EU border liberal do-gooder Policies
But may be in the course of her job, helping the unemployed of Aylesham back in to work she may start to see the Consequences of this new labour disaster.

If only that where true Keith
Labour needs a big laxative to get rid of the ....
It could start with local labour members selecting there candidates instead of some rich London over lords imposing there flunkeys.

I find that the atmosphere created by Labour is somewhat reminiscent of the final page of 'Animal Farm'...
Never give up...

I haven't read Animal Farm Richard (sorry for that), but what message is in the last part.
I must admit that most Labour supporters have very short memories when it comes to things they did wrong; sadly many of the things they did wrong, have consequences that take a long, long time to sort out and it then becomes everyone else's fault.
There is of course the fact that most if not all of them, are always in denial about anything being their fault.

ROGER;
You must be in a world of your own,
on other posts you state people leave because of the attacks etc, and here you are again doing exactly that.
now im all for debate whether it be labour/tory or whatever so lets debate it;
I'm unaware of any labour person who hasn't recognised the errors of the past, but what we can't do is go on blaming the past, we should have gown up politics where we decide the way forward.
maybe the removal of thecobbled together govt would help as it has no idea what direction it wants to go, u turn after u turn
wouldnt have had that in maggies days.

isn't this a cobbled together tory administration?
or do you just go on blaming labour
whilst having no plans in place to solve the problem.
those few plans there are get over turned via u turn.

Me neither Brian - not anymore; I've said on many threads that I do not think austerity should be the only game in Town.
Keith, yes I do go on blaming Labour - who else got us into this (fiscal) mess ?
There are many plans in place and those (minor) U turns, are accepting there is a better way and listening to the public - something that Labour never did.

Keith s . Lets examine your view on labours so called policy change and regret for past mistakes.
You say.
I'm unaware of any labour person, who hasn't recognised the errors of the past, but what we can't do is go on blaming the past, we should have gown up politics where we decide the way forward.
The reality is the way Forward for your parties, Ed Milaband announces 2 months ago that labour supports free movement of labour in the EU.
So there open door policy is still on, and British workers will have to go on lowering wages to compete with this cheep supply of outside workers.
Voters need to know that labour couldn't give a toss about the wage decline, of British workers,
They need to be up front about this.
So is the new labour candidate in agreement with Eddy boy, or not??
i say she may be , refer to my original post
In the Dover rag ,It states the new labour carefully chosen lady was a councillor in tower hamlets London, she's obviously grown tentacles outside of Dover'

Maybe we could invite her on to the forum to listen to the views of her potential voters.

hopefully she will keith, would be interesting to hear her views.
the red m.p.'s who lost their seats at the last election all admitted that the party had not listened to their core support on the subject of free movement of workers.

# 33..``minor `U`turns``......``there are many plans in place``
Facts.....35 major `U` turns.....there were plans in place before which were ill-conceived policies that resulted in the
...35 major `U` turns.....blame game is a double edged sword.

The AWSL `All Women Short List`policy of the Labour Party does not pass the Democracy Test.

sorry geezer i wasnt the one you chatted so long with in the white lion lol
again let me say, its not my idea of a labour party, thus one of the many reasonds for my leaving the labour party approx 3 years ago.===
sadly though keith the tories/lib dems have no interest in the working person
rather look after there own
with regard to the lady in question, ues i understand she was a cllr but will have her work cut out to heal the wounds both inside and outside the party.
i do wish her well as the last thing i want is the tories with 35 u turns to continue in office the sooner cameron is out the better
