  Charlie also wrote in the missive that the Port of Dover can never be privatised.
  Essentially, he is agreeing here with Mr. Jenkins of DHB.
  This particular point could be relevant on this thread and on the "Port" thread.
  Charlie's statement on the Port appears to contradict what Mr. Wiggins is yonder proclaiming.
