In my door comes todaY Mr Charlie Elphicke MP reporting back.
He tells us(1)He is Championing Dover and Deal, well yes to Deal but a big no to Dover.
He goes on to say he stopped the sell of our port, now we all know that is not true.He is backing the P/P PORT buy, which is a sell of our port.
It does not end there "O" no he also claims it was himself that secured the £20 million for Dovers new Hospital, what Rubbish.
He goes on about protecting Deal Hospital, knowing it will stay open till the new one at Dover is ready. He claims again it was himself geting the fast train to Dover. And it goes on and on and on.
You can fool all the public some of the time but not all of the time.
But that is one thing he is running out of TIME,we will see the blues not doing well in the county seats in May.And that will carry on right up to the Gen/Election.Just hope he can get his job back in the city then.

It was only last week we saw in the press,he was turning on his own local blues saying it was all the district council blame that Dover has not moved on.The right hand is blameing the left hand but both hands are blue.
Makes you think does it not.
But could the reds do better,?I do not think so,well you now know who you must not vote for,it is the two main Partys and the yellows, but there will be others standing.

My sister received Charlie's print today; I pinched it and just finished reading through.
Tomorrow it shall be returned, on the sly, and deposited with the post.

Now we will get the red one, telling us what the MP has not done and we already know that,it will go on to say what they would do if returned to power ,and we also know that. They will have a lady standing ,because men were told ladys only this time lads,
And most of us do not even know her.So we are going to have to vote for one of the other candidates who we all might know well and not in one of the two main partys, now let me think.(mm-mm-mm) who could that be?

Time and time again we see members of the public falling for the same old rubbish,or voting for a party because their family has done it over many years.

I do not see any of the blues of this forum taking me on over this one,"Why"? because they also know it is true.

The MPs of today go from school to MP alot have never worked never done any service, like the Army most of the Royal family have done that. They have not been around or done a days hard work in their lifes, and then they try to tell us they know how to run the UK. Without a working background or service background how can they know that.?

As I said the Town of Dover is full of history and we can be part of that history by being the first town in the UK to get rid of both Blue,Red and yellow partys. We have nothing to lose by doing that, because nothing is being done anyway.

i had that leaflet through, the best that can be said is that charlie has forgotten to mention his failed campaigns to stop the house building in whitfield and sholden.

just had another look at the leaflet and see that charlie secured 20 million quid for the new hospital, i thought it was reg, lorraine and others that did that. he then goes on about care beds even though ekuhft have stated categorically that there will be none.
if that is not enough he is campaigning to protect services at deal hospital that will move to buckland.

It all looks like I must stand again at the county and Gen /Election,I was hoping at the age of 70 to spend more time away and with my wife, but I still feel there is a need for myself to try and do what I can for our great town.
