  Ok from 2010 we've got full Court at Sandwich Carnival (we walked that course as there was no car available to pull the float. I had to push Honor in her wheelchair).
  

  

  
  
  Then there was the Invicta courts Christmas ball. Lilith won 3rd place Princess of Princesses and the Junior Court won 2nd place Court of the Year.
  

  

  
  
  

  

  
  
  Then we've got the Association of Kent Carnival Organisations sponsored walk 2011 to raise money for the girls dresses (Honor had to be in her wheelchair for that too, goodness was I tired lol!)
  

  

  
  
  and finally for this post the 2011 court winning Court of Courts at Minster Carnival. They're not in their regalia because after the parade Minster have a barbecue with silly racing games after, best Carnival day ever!!!!

  Just to explain one point. The two Dover Carnival groups belong to different Carnival Associations which means that, for the most part, they get invited to participate in different carnivals. It would probably be better if all Kent, or even all SE England carnivals could belong to the same association but it is not just town carnivals that do not want to amalgamate.
  
  In the centre pages the recent Dover Mercury you will see that when both courts attend a carnival, in this case Sandwich, they both come away with awards for Dover.
  Politics, it seems to me, for years, or all too long, has been concerned with right or left instead of right or wrong.
