13:2374807That would be: S.S.E.S., the name of a new state, something for Howard's opening phrase of his proposed book!

17:1774833my understanding is that brian is asking the following.
further integration seems to be on the cards under the present government, should it reach the unlikely stage where we join the currency too, would barry remain in the blue party?

17:5674837I detect back-pedalling on Europe by the Tory side of the coalition. Further integration is such a vote-loser it is highly unlikely to happen.

21:1774920Brian - better that you type a little more carefully and, perhaps think through exactly what you are trying to say. I cannot understand your point, though I suspect it is not a serious one.
I am not sure you are right in your translation from the gobbeldegook. It is a long way from reality, a fantasy.

21:4774925Barry, whatever you state here might be used against you at the next General Elections campaign!

21:4974926Howard - if your interpretation is correct then it is built on a falacy. First of all the Conservatives will not, under any circumstance and on principal, never take us into the Euro. In addition any more transfer of powers to the EU without a referendum will not be accepted by the Party either. The good news is that DC, George Osborne and William Hague are fully in tune with these Eurosceptic feelings. Sad that we are lumbered in coalition with EU fanatics.
