I remember in the days of cassette tapes the market stalls sold 'genuine fakes' as you couldn't be done for copyright or trades descriptions at that time with that label.
Same with passports, a genuine fake proves you have a genuine reason to have a genuine fake for genuine purposes.

Brian, EU citizens can at any time have a genuine passpert by law, from the passport-issuing authroity of their respective country, or from an embassy or consulate if abroad.
All EU citizens have equal rights in each EU country. If one hundred million people from one half of the EU states decided to go on holiday or go to live in the other half, no law could prevent this, whether from East to West, or from Wesr to East.
Just so you know what the EU is, as you do not seem to have a firm notion of what it stands for, be it right or wrong is a different matter.
