- 9 July 2015 21:56284224Not really that simple, firstly the GP asks questions then rams something up one's khyber and requests a colonoscopy, then the consultant asks the same questions then rams something up the same place. A week or so later a nurse explains what happens during the procedure despite this information being available on the NHS website and also in a letter to the patient.
A total nonsense as my medical records would show that I have the procedure done a few times in the past. - 9 July 2015 21:56284225You need to get to the bottom of this urgently Howard.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

Mind you - I noticed in outpatients that you can buy burgers etc from a machine, hot beverages, cold drinks, sweets and chocolate etc - so ..... a good place for a picnic as well as health care
On the whole though a good experience, nice and modern and not depressing like the old building. I definitely approve.
