I'm sure, like the smoking lobby, there's millions spent on discrediting the anti refined-sugar people as there is on the anti-smoking people and other groups. I can readily believe that white sugar is not good for us, nor processed foods.
nothing new in the findings here but at least the article does not urge us to drop red meat altogether and just ancourages people to strike a sensible balance.
