I can recomend the new restaurant Cinnamon Island , where the old Carpathian was , The currys are fantastic and they do lots of special dishes , unfortunatly they havnt started the buffet yet , they arnt expensive and the quality is very good , The owner is so nice and he is very anxious to please ,
some of us have to live on less than £140 a week to pay are bills, so no way could we go out for meals like that, when there very nice eating places around dover with good food and service for about £10 but if you have a job that pays well good luck to you.

The Plough & Harrow, here at Tilmanstone, has been taken over by new proprietors, and they are becoming VERY busy.
All vegetables and as much meat as possible, are sourced locally, and home cooked. You will not go hungry !
Senior Citizens (over 60s) is still on Tuesday lunchtimes, two courses, and ample helpings, with a choice.
Sunday lunches have choice of one, two, or three courses, in four different roasts. Advisable to book your meals.
I think we will be putting on even more weight !!
Open at 11am each day. Heartily recommended.

Senior citizens about £6 for two courses, Tuesdays.
I think for three courses on a Sunday it is about £12.
Prices are not high.
Also other bar snacks during the week.

We seldom eat out but have recently tried Cinnamon Island. We are highly critical, always looking for faults but found none. Excellent food, friendly service, not as quick as other curry houses but that reflects their fresh food philosophy.
Definitely one to recommend.
