Ah yes indeed. Reg put this post below on the thread about the Cliff Fall. He probably meant to put it here so I have duplicated it here now as well. The moment of burst is amazingly captured there by Scotchie on the frontpage.

Excellent front page photo shows the explosives placed on the joints of the sections...straight splits.......do not know when they were built but in my day the average thickness of walls was only four inches......never built for long term

Great stuff, love the photos on the front page and a terrific front page it is too portraying the cooling towers and the white cliffs

Well done scotchie great pictures there on the frontpage, not sure how true it is but was told today that the demolition team were women, a memorable landscape has gone forever.
