Have you ever been interviewed outside the district Paul?

David , he should be bashing them in the EU Parliament representing our interests. Each vote he misses is a view unrepresented for the South East.

David I have been interviewed out of the District regularly but not at the expense of missing the business I was elected for.

Typical politicians as usual, don't do as I do do as I say.
Farage is trying to appeal to a wide audience, its what being leader of UKIP is all about. If you disagree with what he says thats fine, slating him for being interviewed at Westminster is lame, he could be there for any number of reasons.
I'm beginning to think the only point of politicians is to criticise the other side.
What votes did he miss?
How many votes has Charlie missed in parliament?

i doubt that charlie has missed many votes, he is westminster through and through as his "they work for you" utterances show.
i will have to dig around for mr farage's voting record, don't think it is that impressive though.

Thats fair enough Howard, as I said earlier it appears my economic views are similar to Paul's.
Its the constant inter party squabbling that gets me, they're all as bad as each other, this forum is a perfect example. I went to a DDC meeting in the chamber and they do nothing but bicker. Now Paul is criticising Farage not for what he says but where he says it.
Politics at every level is rotten to the core.

david
the point being made is that nigel farage was elected to represent eurosceptic views in brussels, slagging them off in the uk has no effect at all. better that he tries to change things from within.

Yes howard
But as party leader it's also his job to educate uk citizen in party policy
And the true goings on within the eu parliament, and the end game for that parliament

Howard, I understand Keith is a UKIP supporter, his point is the one I was making, that Farage's job is to expose to the UK electorate what he sees as EU incompetence.

Paul, I was speaking as instructed - after all I'm a dalek - the EU is a union with a parliament, and elected members of this parliament make binding laws. There are also non-elected officials in this Parliament called commissars.
In this parliament laws are emitted and instructions are given that all regions (Britain, Germany, France...) must follow.
On this side of the Pond we must obey all instructions coming from the parliament and its commissars.
I am a dalek.

i think that everyone has a fixed view on the european issue, mr farage is wasting his time blasting away at the british public.
let's not forget that his travel back and forth is covered by expenses.

That is extraordinary Howard, his expenses are paid for by the EU.
UKIP popularity is growing so saying he's wasting his time is silly. He might be wasting his time with you, but he's certainly appealing to the Britsh public

i find it hard to believe you posted that david, someone will have the figures but we pay in a small fortune of taxpayers money into the e.u. every day - it is not their money.
